After visiting many places throughout Asia, the originator of this unique project, Michael Schmitz, has come to the conclusion that Thailand is a safe and beautiful country to settle in. He has visited Koh Phangan for more than 15 years and has watched the island develop to the point where he has decided to buy this fantastic and exclusive property. It is almost impossible to purchase land of this quality and beauty within easy reach of Thongsala while at the same time maintaining privacy and exclusivity. Being a builder for many years in the west, Michael wants to share his professionalism in this field with others who decide to participate in this project.
