The 3 houses and 2 aprtments for sale are designed for tropical conditions and lifestyle. Because of their design that resembles a Southern European style, they will melt into their natural environment and will be integrated into natures setting.

All houses / villas will be designed according to customers needs. They can differ in shape and interior design. The 2 apartments will be of the same size, 220 sqm each, with 2 bedrooms, en suite bathrooms, open plan kitchen, living room and terrace.

They will be constructed with great environmental care unique to the island. Every house owner will have access and full usage of the garden, swimming pool and parking area on the land.

As can be seen by the outline plan to the right, the layout of the property gives each house its own beautiful seaview. The secluded beach and private swimmingpool are only a few seconds away from each house. Two carparks are provided for the convenience of the residence and their guests.
