The year-round waterfall of Than Sadet cascades into the ocean at Haad Sadet beach. Phaeng Waterfall National Park is located in the village of Madua Wan. PAC is a non-profit organisation, developed to provide essential care for the many ill and suffering stray animals of Koh PhaNgan. PAC has been operating since September 2001 as a non-profit nursing clinic providing medical treatment for all animals. PAC Ko Pangan has been gratefully embraced by the local residents of the island, as there has never been any option to obtain treatment unless the animal was brought to the adjacent island.
